SB 5768 would grant Washington’s Secretary of Health broad authority to ban flavors in vapor products and establish a cap on nicotine content. This bill would also add matters of labeling, ingredient disclosure, and testing byproducts of aerosolization to the Department of Health’s authorities. All of this without ensuring robust public debate about new, potentially harmful regulations on nicotine products.
