North Dakota – Keep Remote Sales Legal! (Oppose SB 2190)
SB 2190 would ban remote sales (online or mail-order) of ALL tobacco and nicotine products that aren’t approved as therapies. The deadline for written testimony or requesting to speak at the hearing is
7:30 AM, January 20 (day of).

North Dakota – Stop a Vapor Tax (SB 2189)
SB 2189 would impose a 28% excise tax on vapor products sold in North Dakota. This bill is scheduled for a hearing on January 19, 20219:30 AM, Finance and Taxation Committee

Kansas – Stop a Flavor Ban! (No on HB 2061)
Kansas HB 2061 would ban flavors, prohibit vaping where smoking is banned, and raise the age to purchase all tobacco and nicotine products from 18 to 21. The Kansas legislature is anticipating a shortened session this year due to COVID-19. As a consequence, bills may move through a normally slow and deliberative process at a break-neck speed.

Maryland – Stop a Flavor Ban! (NO on SB 273)
SB 273, which advocates on the ground are describing as “the nuclear option,” is scheduled for a tightly controlled “public” hearing on Thursday, January 28, 1:00 PM in the Senate Committee on Finance

Elk Grove, CA – Stop a Flavor Ban
The Elk Grove City Council is considering an ordinance that would ban the sale of flavored tobacco and nicotine products.

Keep Vape Mail Legal
Dec 27, 2020 Update: Congress passed and President Trump signed the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, which included the language of the vape mail ban.

Kansas City, Missouri – Stop a Flavor Ban
In the midst of a pandemic and while all eyes are on a national election, the Kansas City, Missouri City Council is deciding to move forward with an ordinance that would ban the sale of flavored vapor products and other smoke-free nicotine and tobacco products.

Loveland, Colorado – Stop a Flavor Ban!
The Loveland City Council is moving forward with proposals to regulate vapor products. There are two ordinances that would require all tobacco/vapor retailers to be licensed through the city. One of these ordinances, 6443(A), includes a ban on sales of any flavored tobacco or nicotine products.

Missoula, Montana – Stop a Flavor Ban!
The Missoula City Council is moving forward with a proposal to ban the sale of flavored vapor products. The ordinance is scheduled for discussion and possible action by the Public Safety and Health Committee on November 18, 2020 at 9:00AM via a Zoom Webinar.
