Bloomington, MN – Stop a Flavor Ban!
Minnesota – The Bloomington City Council is moving toward banning sales of flavored vapor and tobacco products.

Missouri – Stop the Local Assault on Safer Nicotine Products
Support HB 517 which would prohibit local governments in Missouri from making laws regulating the sale of vapor and alternative nicotine products. Local governments would still be allowed to tax these products, but rules about where and what products can be sold are reserved for the state.

Texas – Bills We’re Watching (2021)
CASAA is monitoring flavor ban and tax legislation affecting vapor products in Texas.

Wisconsin – Stop a Vapor Tax (2021-23 Budget)
Stop a Vape Tax – WI – Governor Tony Evers is recommending a 71 percent tax on vapor products and an indoor vaping ban in Wisconsin’s 2021-23 budget.

Montana – Stop the City-by-City March of Flavor Bans, etc. (HB 137)
Montana HB 137 would stop local governments from making it harder to quit smoking by switching to safer nicotine products.

Vermont – Stop a Flavor Ban! (S. 24 / H. 141)
Vermont – S. 24 and H. 141 would ban the sale of tobacco and vapor products in any flavor other than tobacco. Please take a moment to make contact with your officials and urge them to oppose these bills.

Illinois – Stop a Public Vaping Ban! (HB 201)
Illinois HB 201 would ban vaping in the same places where smoking is prohibited. Opposing overregulation of vapor products and other smoke-free alternatives is vital to realigning public perception of risk with reality and empowering people to make informed decisions about the products they consume.

Alaska – Stop a Vapor Tax (HB 110)
HB 110 would enact a 75% wholesale tax on e-liquids, vaping devices, and components.

New Mexico – Stop a Dangerous Flavor Ban!
HB 205, a flavor ban, goes a massive step beyond the usual horror of denying people access to life-saving products by criminalizing possession and use for anyone, regardless of age.
