FEDERAL GOVERNMENT: (HEADS UP!) Senate Finance Committee member Ron Wyden (D-Oregon) announced Wednesday that he will introduce legislation to impose a tax on vapor products to discourage teen use, but that’s more likely to impact lower income adults trying to quit smoking than teens with disposable income.
