CALL TO ACTION // New Hampshire Update

Good news! In Depth New Hampshire has reported that “After an hour-and-a-half of testimony, mostly from owners of vaping shops or distributors,” the Senate Commerce Committee voted 4-1 “to kill a bill that would have banned flavored e-cigarettes and e-cigarette cartridges, except for menthol.”

RESEARCH // Improving Vaping

RESEARCH // Youth Tobacco Use

PUBLIC HEALTH // Exposing Anti-Vaping Bias

Dr. Oz says vaping causes “same problems” as smoking, yet none of the studies cited actually support that claim. One study compared cigarettes to marijuana, one study looked at vapers who still smoked and the last study mentioned did not establish cause!

PUBLIC HEALTH // Anti-Vaping Lies Continue

Although majority of adults who currently smoke/vape started with unflavored cigarettes & availability of flavored vape products coincided with record low youth smoking, Erika Sward, the assistant vice president of National Advocacy for the American Lung Association, continues to lie, claiming that flavor bans will help stop youth experimentation.
