In the midst of a pandemic and while all eyes are on a national election, the Kansas City, Missouri City Council is deciding to move forward with an ordinance that would ban the sale of flavored vapor products and other smoke-free nicotine and tobacco products.
The Loveland City Council is moving forward with proposals to regulate vapor products. There are two ordinances that would require all tobacco/vapor retailers to be licensed through the city. One of these ordinances, 6443(A), includes a ban on sales of any flavored tobacco or nicotine products.
The Missoula City Council is moving forward with a proposal to ban the sale of flavored vapor products. The ordinance is scheduled for discussion and possible action by the Public Safety and Health Committee on November 18, 2020 at 9:00AM via a Zoom Webinar.
