Calls to Action updates in Wisconsin, Nevada and Ohio. Cities in Massachusetts and California ban smoke-free flavors while leaving cigarettes to rule the market. Illinois wants to treat smoke-free products the same as smoking indoors and out as a first step to more laws and higher taxes.

BROOKLINE, MASSACHUSETTS: (UPDATE) City bans flavored, low risk, smoke-free tobacco & vapor products, while leaving high risk cigarettes allowed to be sold everywhere. (Note: The #1 “flavor” with youth before vaping was “Marlboro,” likely to be so again.)

ILLINOIS: (HEADS UP!) SB 1864 would treat smoke-free vaping like smoking in indoor and outdoor public places, somehow justifies limiting adult use to reduce youth vaping. NOTE: public use bans are a classic ANTZ first step to more regulation and taxes!
