FLORIDA: (UPDATE) House Subcommittee voted 8-3 on Tuesday to block HB 1125, which would have legally defined vape products as “tobacco products.”

It’s already illegal to sell to minors. “I think we need less regulation, less government” — Rep. Sabatini.
